Shipping and Returns

Orders 

Our processing time is 1-5 business days, depending on our order volume. Note that processing time is the time it takes from when we received the order, and until it leaves our warehouse. 

We always strive to get orders out within 24 hours.

Holidays do not count as a business day.

You will get an email with an order ID number shortly after the order is placed.

We assume no responsibility or liability and will not accept returns or chargebacks for loss or damage due to delayed shipment or inability to deliver, whether or not loss or damage was made known to us.  This policy pertains to acts of God, war, labor difficulties, accidents, inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers or any other cause of any kind whatsoever beyond the control of Primeval Labs.

Under no circumstances shall Primeval Labs be held liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or liquidated damages, losses, or expense arising directly, indirectly, or by negligence from delays or failure to give notice of delay.

 

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, undamaged items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error on our end (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

All returns may be subject to up to a 25% restocking fee. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Refunds will only be issued once the product has successfully be restocked in our warehouse.

If a product is missing from you order, please Contact Us and we will verify legitimacy of your claim.  The missing product will be shipped if we find proof of items missing from your order.  Missing item claims must be submitted within 3 days of carrier proof of delivery.

We try to work with everybody, however each case is handled individually.

 

Chargebacks

Chargebacks are not taken lightly.  Any customer that submits a chargeback will immediately be placed on our no-sell list.

 

Shipping

Primeval Labs EU will ship from our warehouse partner in southern United Kingdom.  Your order will be shipped using one of our EU carrier partners; Hermes, Royal Mail, DHL, or Parcel Force.

Expected transit time will vary based on your geolocation to the United Kingdom.  Transit time is predicted to take anywhere from 1 to 7 days.

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

Primeval Labs is not responsible for stolen packages. 

 

International Shipping

Please make sure the correct billing and shipping address is entered when placing the order. Primeval Labs will not reimburse the cost of shipping and/or other fees for orders that are returned/undelivered due to incorrect address or recipients refusal. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will calculate shipping and delivery rates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose in the shopping cart.

All international orders are subject to additional charges for customs sales tax. We can not declare your order as a gift or with a lower value since this is against existing laws.
